1. Who we are
MO.tool is a set of Revit add-ins for MEP and BIM work, made and sold by Mostafa Razak, based in the United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). MO.tool is independent. Autodesk and Revit are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc., and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk.
2. Your account
You need an account to start a trial, buy or download. Give us a real email address, keep your sign-in details private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Free trial
The free trial lasts 5 days from when you start it, one trial for each person and each computer. Some tools have limited uses during the trial. We may change or end the trial at any time.
4. Licenses
When you buy, we give you a license to use the tools you chose for the period you chose (for example 1 month or 1 year). A license is personal to you. It is not sold, only licensed, and it does not transfer ownership of the software.
- A license works on one computer at a time. You can ask us to move it to a new computer.
- Do not share, resell or publish your license key, and do not try to remove or bypass the license checks.
- A license does not renew by itself. When it ends, the tools stop working until you buy again. Your own Revit models and files are never affected.
- We may suspend or cancel a license, without refund, if it is shared, resold, abused, or obtained through a payment that was reversed or was not received.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you pay. Depending on where you are, you can pay by card through our payment provider, or by bank transfer or PayPal. For bank transfer and PayPal, your order is confirmed by hand once we see the payment, and your license is issued then. Please include your order number so we can find your payment. Taxes may be added where the law requires them. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
6. Updates and changes
We update MO.tool from time to time to add tools, fix problems and support new Revit versions. We may change, rename or remove a tool. We will not remove a tool you have paid for during your license period without offering a fair solution.
7. Check your results
MO.tool helps you model, tag, check and document faster. It does not replace professional judgment. Calculations, sizing, clash and code-related results are aids only. A qualified engineer must check them before they are used for design, approval or construction. Always work on a copy or keep a backup of your Revit project, and test a tool on a small area before using it on a whole model.
8. No warranty and limit of liability
MO.tool is provided “as is”. We try hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors, work with every Revit setup or add-in, or run without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, lost time or lost data, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve MO.tool without owing you anything. We will not publish your name or message without asking you.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using MO.tool at any time and ask us to close your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
11. Changes to these terms and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using MO.tool after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts there can decide disputes, unless the law of your country gives you stronger rights that cannot be waived.
